Before starting, in 2015, our founder, Sudhir, spent years watching how shifting was managed across different cities. He realized that customers aren’t upset because something gets broke. Most of the frustration started much earlier. Calls went unanswered. Timelines kept changing. Prices suddenly increased after loading. People were left wondering what would happen next. That stayed with him. He believed moving deserved a calmer approach. One where people knew who they were dealing with, what they were paying for and how their belongings would be taken care of.
That thought became DHM Cargo Packers and Movers.
We never wanted to become the loudest name in the industry. We'd rather become the company customers remember because the move happened without unnecessary problems. That has always mattered more.
